While Karori Production primarily provides multimedia and creative services, our director also offers Japanese language coaching through Studio En 縁.
“縁 (En)” represents connection, relationship, and meaningful encounters — the idea that people meet for a reason.This philosophy sits at the heart of both storytelling and language.
While studying, travelling, and working with people from many different countries, I discovered a deep appreciation for teaching and sharing my native language — Japanese.
Through teaching, I began to see my own language differently:
why certain expressions exist, how grammar reflects culture, and where different languages and perspectives overlap.
This process is incredibly rewarding — not just for learners, but for me as well.

10 Years of Experience — From Basics to Business
I was born in Japan and graduated from a public high school in Kanagawa Prefecture.
I later studied Film and Chinese at the University of Victoria in Wellington, New Zealand, where I was fortunate to build friendships with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Over the years, I have:

These experiences strengthened my passion for language, communication, and helping others express themselves more clearly and confidently.

and how rewarding it is to express yourself better than yesterday.
